Chief Executive Officer
Leads overall business strategy, key enterprise partnerships, legal compliance, and corporate governance at Korea HQ.
Chief Technology Officer
Directs TON ecosystem architecture, on-chain smart contract infrastructure, AI integration, and core engineering standards.
Chief Product Officer
Drives UX/UI standards, product roadmap execution, and feature architecture across Tony Messenger, TONgram Mini App Store, and TONtv.
Head of Delivery (Vietnam)
Manages Hanoi engineering center resources, multi-squad allocation, technical code reviews, and quality assurance.

A clear split of responsibilities between Korea HQ and Vietnam Engineering Site guarantees legal accountability alongside high-velocity engineering execution.
Cross-Entity Decision Governance
Korea HQ manages business contracts, client relations, commercial terms, and legal compliance. Vietnam Engineering Site executes software development, system architecture, and QA. Singapore Business & Partnerships drives regional APAC operations. Commercial decisions sit at Korea HQ and Singapore; technical execution sits at Vietnam Site.
Cross-Site Account Staffing Model
Every enterprise project is assigned a dedicated Account Lead & PM at Korea HQ (ensuring real-time Korean/English communication) paired with a Lead Architect & Engineering Squad at the Hanoi Site. Shared task boards and daily syncs align requirements directly with engineering commits.
3-Tier Escalation & Risk Protocol
Level 1: Project Manager & Engineering Lead handle daily technical queries and sprint blockers. Level 2: Head of Delivery (VN) & CPO resolve scope adjustments and multi-track dependencies. Level 3: CTO & CEO step in directly for critical architecture decisions or executive commercial alignments.
