GLOBAL PRESENCE

Seoul, Hanoi and Singapore: three locations, one operating rhythm

Korea HQ manages corporate governance and product direction, our Hanoi site delivers core engineering, and Singapore expands APAC business partnerships. Seoul HQ and Hanoi engineering operate with a 2-hour time difference (KST/ICT), maintaining over 7 hours of direct daily overlap.

GLOBAL DELIVERY INFRASTRUCTURE

Synchronized operations across global business and engineering hubs

Seoul HQ and Hanoi engineering balance live daily standups with asynchronous code reviews, while Singapore connects regional commercial ops. Our delivery structure ensures rapid technical response and clear accountability.

OPERATIONAL MECHANICS

How our global delivery model operates day-to-day

From morning standups to cross-site pull request reviews and automated quality gates, every detail is engineered for continuous delivery.

7h Direct Overlap & Operational Velocity

Seoul HQ operates 09:00–18:00 KST (UTC+9); the Hanoi Site operates 09:00–18:00 ICT (UTC+7, equivalent to 11:00–20:00 KST). The 2-hour time difference provides 7 hours of direct daily overlap (11:00–18:00 KST) for live standups, client syncs, and pair reviews, while extending active coverage until 20:00 KST for late deployments.

Cross-Entity Handover Protocol

Daily morning syncs at 11:00 KST (09:00 ICT) align priority tickets for the day. End-of-day handovers pass client feedback, staging build status, and QA test notes between Seoul PMs and Hanoi Squad Leads, ensuring zero momentum loss across calendar days.

Specification & Code Review Journey

Product requirements travel from structured PRDs at Korea HQ into mapped engineering tickets. Pull requests (PRs) require mandatory cross-site peer review between Korea leads and Hanoi engineers along with automated CI checks (linting, type checking, and unit testing) before merging into production.

Unified Quality Consistency Standards

Our operating entities enforce a shared repository configuration, centralized TypeScript and Tailwind code guidelines, and standardized test suites. Dual QA validation ensures internal engineering testing in Hanoi is verified against product acceptance criteria by Korea HQ project leads.
